Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies below to understand our procedures and guidelines.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship Australia wide. Our shipping times below are estimates:

  • Perth Metro area (1-3 business days)

  • Interstate metro area (5 - 7 business days)

  • Interstate regional area (5 - 10 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at accounts@adelofoods.com.au or +61 438 922 710 within 7 days from delivery or receiving the goods. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 3 days from receipt of the products to arrange for the return. We will issue refund (minus delivery and return fees).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
